BabyFish Personalised Baby and Toddler Gifts

Serial baby gift buyer turned entrepreneur Karen Green felt enormous pressure to find original baby gift ideas back in 2003 as her group of friends began reproducing at a rate of knots. Not sold on the generic high street options available, Karen looked into ways to personalise the gifts for her friends thus adding meaning and emotion to the whole process.

Karen had bibs and t-shirts personalised with the names of her friend’s babies and was blown away by the response. Tears a plenty as the recipients explained how touched they were with the gifts and how original it was that their little nippers were proudly sporting attire beautifully embroidered with their names.

Karen and her business partner Alan Fischelis realised that there was a genuine gap in the marketplace and set about researching the niche. Nine months after they conceived the idea, BABYFISH was born. With Alan's 30 years of embroidery experience, they set about trawling the country for quality baby merchandise to personalise giving BABYFISH products a unique, memorable and emotional punch.
