If you look through our website and see something that you would like to buy, simply click on the item which will then give you a price and a description. Follow the instructions to ‘personalise’ this item and click on the ‘add to basket’ option in order to make your purchase. When you have finished your order, click on ‘checkout’ where you will be asked for further details to complete your order.
On receipt of your order you will be sent an email confirmation detailing all purchases.
PAYMENT
BABYFISH accepts the following credit and debit cards through WorldPay.
If you decide to pay by credit or debit card, it will be authorised at the time you place the order - this means you will be advised instantly whether your order has been successful via email.
With BabyFish, all your online credit card transactions are totally secure. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), which is the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of all your personal information.
DELIVERY
BabyFish aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability) via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. We have a 15 working day delivery policy but most goods leave within 7 days. If after 15 working days your gift has not arrived at its destination, please contact us.
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your item is not in stock, we will keep your order and send it to you as soon as it is available. We do not intend to charge you for items that are not in stock and will inform you if this is the case and make any refunds if necessary.
RETURNS POLICY
Please check all items as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Please check your confirmation email to ensure that the spelling of names you have given us for personalised items is accurate otherwise any changes will be charged for.
Delivery costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only credit you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands. Please return the item to us within 14 days, as we cannot make any refunds, exchanges or credits outside of this time period. All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 20 working days from us receiving your order.
When returning any items please enclose a copy of the order form/invoice/email or a note with your name and from whom you received the gift clearly stating whether you require a refund or an exchange. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and refunds will not be made until the goods have been received by us.
Refunds will be made in the same method a payment was received. For example if you have paid by credit or debit card then we will make a refund directly to the card that was used to make payment. We recommend that you return items by recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.

BabyFish gift vouchers entitle you to redeem them against any BabyFish gifts (excluding postage and packing) at www.babyfish.co.uk to the value of the voucher, or greater.
Unfortunately, change cannot be given and vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed once by entering the unique voucher code at the basket page on the website.
If you attempt to use a gift voucher code that has already been redeemed on the website, the discount will not apply.
